The Rocol Mould Release Spray is a high-performance PTFE-based release agent designed for plastic and rubber mould tools. This professional-grade spray delivers fast, efficient and clean release whilst ensuring faithful reproduction of mould profiles, regardless of complexity or detail. It enables high-speed production across injection, compression and blow moulding applications.

Formulated to provide excellent adhesion to mould surfaces, this release agent is non-staining and will not transfer to finished products. It can be safely used without fear of blemish or any adverse effect on subsequent finishing operations such as painting or printing. The spray operates effectively at temperatures up to +270°C, making it suitable for demanding manufacturing environments.
