A heavy unit to use for more than several minutes at a time, even with supplied shoulder strap (I'd say the shoulder strap is essential to be able to use the hedge trimmer and would wonder about the usability of any similar machine where this is not provided). The extension pole is essential for any hedges 8ft & above. The hedge trimmer seems to work best when there is sufficient foliage not to 'bend away' from the cutter blade.

As usual good quality from bosch. with the extension pole it is fairly unwieldy; but it does the job.

Not as heavy as i thought. Does the job of cutting the hedge without the need to use a ladder. Could do with a wider gap between the cutters to go through thicker bits of the hedge.

Excellent, well made, and versatile. Copes reasonably well with my conifer hedging only drawback is that it is possibly too heavy. If you keep on top of your hedges it should cope with cutting them for years to come. Good value for money.

Product looks good, but when used is very heavy and unfortunately does not cut. The middle of the cutting blades run with a gap between the top and bottom edges which makes the cutting ability ineffective. It will not cut the hedge. i am returning the unit as not fit for purpose.
