Useful drill for the basic DIYer. It is a little expensive for what you get but it a simple drill to use as the drill doesn't use a chuck for the drill bits and the battery is built into the handle. The battery is charged using a USB-C cable. The drill takes 1/4" hex screw/drill bits. You just need need to pull the collet on the head of the drill to insert and remove the drill screw/drill bits. There is a LED light all around the head of the drill head to light up your work area. The unique selling point for a basic drill at this price point is that it has a hammer function. You can use the masonry 1/4" hex drill bits but this drill can also take the rare SDS Quick drills bits (I think these are unique to Bosch at the moment). These drill bits work better when using the hammer function to drill into brick or masonry. The drill comes is a neat case with a couple of 1/4" hex drill bits and some 1/4" hex screw bits (x2 PZ, x2 blade & x2 allen key style) and a USB-C cable. You can extend the warranty to 3 years if you register the drill with Bosch.
