BRILLIANT TOOL, hi I bought the ixo 7 without a carry case and was wondering if the metal case provided with the ixo 5 is compatible with ixo 7 ?
This is an excellent electric screwdriver, highly recommended. It is compact and it fits perfectly in the hand. It is very powerful and able to easily drive self tapping screws. It is also capable of driving large 4 inch screws (I choose to drill a pilot hole for these). The maximum torque is excellent, about the maximum you can achieve with a manual screwdriver. It is very well built and has a quality feel to it. The accessories are first class allowing access to screw heads in awkward places. The battery lasts a long time and recharges quickly. A first class product and cheaper from Tooled-Up than Amazon.
This is the first bosch ixo I have used,the build quality is good with a good battery life and I like the range of accessories with enough torque for most small jobs. I would give 5 stars if it had variable speed and feel this let's the item down, but overall I am pleased with the product and glad I purchased it with the two accessories.
I have had the original version for some years but this is a great improvement and good value with the two angle adaptors included.

This product carries a full 3 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design. Please note that cordless products will normally have a shorter warranty of just 1 Year for the battery and or charger supplied.
