It extends the versatility of compatible Bosch palm routers by enabling use with a wider range of router bit profiles.
The guide functions as a parallel guide, keeping the router running true along the edge of the workpiece. Note that this accessory does not include a 45° angle setting, making it suited to straightforward parallel edge routing applications.
