The Draper BS245/420SF Storm Force Bandsaw is a versatile 420W workshop bandsaw designed for cutting wood, wood-derived materials and plastics. Built with a welded steel body for enhanced rigidity and stability, this floor-standing or bench-mountable machine is ideal for both trade and home workshop environments.

Featuring adjustable blade tensioning and tracking, the bandsaw delivers precise cutting control for a variety of applications. The 300 x 380-540mm table tilts through a 0-45 degree range, enabling versatile angled cutting, ripping, and both mitre and bevel work. A graduated mitre guide supports crosscut operations with 30-degree angles in both left and right directions, making it suitable for furniture making, joinery and general carpentry tasks.

Safety and convenience are built into the design with a no-volt release switch that prevents uncontrolled blade restart after power interruption.
