The Draper SWD1500 is a versatile wet and dry shampoo vacuum cleaner designed for professional valeting, workshop cleaning and general maintenance across multiple environments. This 4-in-1 cleaning system combines powerful vacuum suction with spray extraction capabilities, making it ideal for deep cleaning carpets, upholstery, hard surfaces and vehicle interiors whilst also handling dry debris and workshop dust.
Powered by a 1500W motor delivering 19kPa vacuum pressure and 65L/sec airflow, this 20L capacity machine features a variable suction control for adapting cleaning power to different surfaces. The integrated spray extraction system uses a pressurised detergent delivery method with a separate 4L tank, allowing you to shampoo and extract moisture in a single pass – particularly effective for car valeting and upholstery restoration work.
The unit comes comprehensively equipped with professional-grade 35mm diameter accessories including a 2.5m flexible hose, stainless steel retractable extension tube, and an ergonomic trigger handle with remote start-stop function requiring a single A23 12V alkaline battery (not supplied). Supplied filters include a paper dust bag, cartridge filter and anti-foam filter for versatile wet and dry operation. The 10m cable provides excellent working radius for workshop, garage, office and domestic applications without frequent socket changes.

Important Information about Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaners
The tank capacity quoted is usually quoted for dry vacuuming. Capacity when being used for wet vacuuming will be significantly less than when dry vacuuming. Always read both the wet and dry capacities separately if they are published so as to understand what the difference is.
If in doubt you will always need a larger capacity vacuum than the capacity shown in the title as this will be quoted for dry vacuuming only.
The reason for this reduced capacity is that the water level has to be kept well below the motor and thus the capacity is reduced.
