This is an easy to use, versatile and robust product. I use it to empty my portable hot tub in about 2 mins using a 1inch hose. Ensure you keep the pump upright and set the float switch carefully.

I bought this pump to use in my rainwater barrel to wash my van and car also to water the garden it peforms better than I expected on all jobs.

Although I have already reviewed these pumps tooled up are asking for the third time for my review. So here goes. The price was GREAT. Pretty well half what wickes charge for the same pump! The delivery was GREAT - just a couple of days! The einhell quality looked GREAT. Better than other makes I've been using for the last 40 years. Tested all three pumps on receipt - all worked GREAT. just a note to anyone who doesn't know - dirty water pumps are MUCH BETTER for most jobs that regular pumps 'cus they never block up (same pump - different designed impeller). Wish I wanted more stuff from tooled-up - they're GREAT.

Q : Will it pump out heating oil from tank at a head of 2 metres
A : Hi there, this pump is only suitable for water. Please note, from the manual: This equipment must never be used for other liquids, especially engine fuels, cleaning agents and other chemical-based products!
Q : Is there an automatic shut off facility to prevent dry running ?
A : Good Morning. Yes, there is an ON/OFF switch point, however, when adjusting the floating switch make sure that it does not touch the bottom before the equipment is switched on as that will risk dry running.
Q : Can this be used to push water uphill constantly, to feed a waterfall, from a sump down the bottom? So can it be left running 24/7 is my question!

This product carries a full 3 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables.
