I've had the strimmer for about two years, still works well and has been abused and not looked after well.... But it keeps going. The only thing that's gone wrong with it is the spools button wore down where it was hit on the ground so much. Tooled up got a replacement spool to me so quickly I didn't have to try and bodge the broken one together. Great job people.

I have purchased several items from tool-up and never been disappointed. This item is a genuine replacement part, so not a great deal to be said on that, but, service and choice from tooled-up is 2nd to none. Simply, if you want anything Tool oriented then go nowhere else!!

The original spool hardly did a proper day's work before it broke, when the cap of the spool wore off. As this is the part that you tap on the ground to release more line, it's worrying that it was so fragile and this reflects badly on the makers - Einhell - and is yet another black mark against the company and this machine. Happily, Tooled-Up were there to supply a replacement and at less cost than via Einhell, who's parts can now only be obtained from Germany!
