Q : The blower on my saw hardly blows at all … I this known issue or just mine?
A : Hi David, I'm not aware of anyone else reporting this issue so far - if you suspect something is not right you might want to try contacting Einhell's support department as they will hopefully be able to identify what is causing it.
Q : I got my problem with my vacuum dust..can u tell me how to fix it
A : Hi there, potentially - but I think we would need a bit more information! The dust port at the bottom of the machine can be connected to a hose (e.g from a vacuum cleaner) which should hopefully extract it while the saw is in operation. If it doesn't fit you can often use something called a stepped adaptor (e.g product code 21030568) which will enable you to connect various common sizes?
Q : Does it cut metal
A : The TC-SS 405 E is intended for cutting wood or wood-based materials and is not designed for cutting metal

This product carries a full 3 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design. Please note that cordless products will normally have a shorter warranty of just 1 Year for the battery and or charger supplied.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
