Einhell TC-SS 405 E Scroll Saw

The Einhell TC-SS 405 E is a 240V mains-powered scroll saw designed for precision cutting tasks such as model making, fretwork, and intricate curved cuts in wood and similar materials.

The metal work table tilts from 0° to 45°, allowing angled cuts to suit a wide range of decorative and craft applications. Variable stroke speed, electronically controlled between 400 and 1,600 strokes per minute, gives you the control needed for clean, accurate results across different materials and thicknesses.

Dust management is well considered for a saw in this class. An integrated dust blower keeps the cutting line visible during use, while the 36mm dust port accepts a standard vacuum or dust extractor — a practical benefit where airborne dust needs to be minimised. The tool-free blade change system uses a clamping lever, making blade swaps straightforward and safe. The saw accepts both T-shaft and coping saw blades, and a spare blade is included in the box.

The solid base ensures stability during operation, and the unit can be bench-mounted for a more permanent workshop setup.
