The Everbuild Heat Mate Sealant is a high modulus, permanently flexible silicone sealant engineered for high temperature applications up to 300°C. This specialist black sealant maintains its flexibility and sealing performance even under sustained heat exposure, making it an essential product for demanding industrial and domestic applications.

Formulated as a 100% silicone compound, this heat resistant sealant provides reliable, long-lasting seals in environments where standard sealants would fail. The high modulus formulation ensures excellent adhesion and durability whilst remaining permanently flexible to accommodate thermal expansion and contraction.

Ideal for sealing industrial and high performance gaskets, this sealant is particularly suited to applications around oven doors, heating appliances, flue pipes, and other high temperature installations where a robust, heat resistant seal is required.
