Used it on an vinyl border over an vinyl wallcovering... Though after reading instructions i thought to myself 'mmmmmmmmmmm, will this stuff work !'... It reads at front of tub 'sticks vinyl to vinyl' but on instructions at back of tub it reads 'lightly score the vinyl where the border is to be positioned'... Very odd instructions i thought, so i followed instructions now i will wait to see if the border sticks ! Hence "too early to tell"...
