This Flymo is perfect for a small garden. If you’re not used to being tethered to the mains, it takes a bit of getting used to. Great service on all fronts though from tooled-up.com

This hover mower works fine although it is heavier to move around than my previous similarly sized Qualcast, but that only lasted two summers of lawn mowing. Let's see how long this Flymo lasts! The cut is also not as close. Care needs to be taken when assembling it out of the box as there are many snap together plastic parts. Otherwise it does what its supposed to do on my hilly uneven lawn and the cable and handle are easily folded for storage and carrying around. It's nothing exceptional but is good value when compared with similar types of mower from all manufacturers.

Did take 35 minutes to assemble from box. Lowest cutting height setting is not quite low enough. Grass mowing collection is reasonable, but not brilliant. This is a mower for a lawn no larger than 60 sq. m ...and it's best to just keep pushing forwards and backwards over the same area of lawn until all the grass clippings are sucked up. This constant pushing and pulling could be quite demanding for some users. Not really good enough to recommend to anyone I'm afraid.

The lawn mower is quite heavy to move around but does the job, happy with the product.

It's a good mid range mower. Pluses are that it is very light to use (when mowing) and the large collector doesn't need to be emptied all the time. It handles long grass well and gets into difficult spaces easily. Minus points are that it is very heavy to lug around when not in use and the lack of any handles doesn't help. It also doesn't pick up all of the grass (but that's not such a problem) and misses bits.
