First time I've used this company who answer their phone which is always confidence giving AND delivered the order bang on time. 5 stars to them. Fed up with previous hoses kinking on rewinding I am giving this a try. A similar product from Hozelock can be purchased considerably cheaper if you are prepared to connect the hose to the reel yourself. After viewing comments on youtube I decided life was too short so paid the large step up. I'm really pleased to date with the mechanism. The hose pulls out pretty freely and the winding handle easily returns the hose to the case. Shame there's not a viewing window to make sure the hose doesn't kink as some say that it can happen. Gently unwind and rewind it, keep it indoors or at least protected from Winter weather and I have high hope that it will last many years
Excellent sturdy but flexible hose which is VERY easy to rewind
