A : Hi Doreen, this is not something we stock currently, but if you contact Karcher directly they should be able to advise if it is available as a spare part
Q : Is it good for cleaning hair on the floor & does the hair entangled in the brush
A : Hi Preeti, the Karcher KB 5 is suitable for picking up hair, as can be seen in their product videos and images but bear in mind that it is really a light duty cleaner and ideally suited to quick sweep arounds on hard floors - if you have a lot of pet hair on carpets it may get entangled and struggle, so a traditional vacuum cleaner will be a better choice if this is a concern

This product carries a full 2 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. High pressure hoses are covered only for 3 months and are easy damaged by being trodden on or driven over. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
