I feel this is a bit expensive for what it is howevever it's well made and does a great job

Purchased this karcher sc4 steam cleaner, from tooled-up.Com, noticed after it had arrived that there appeared to be 4 pieces missing having looked at manual. Rang tooled-up customer services, lady said she would get back to me. Used steam cleaner on kitchen tiled floor on high steam setting, then laminate wooden floor on a lower setting there by not using so much steam and making it less wet, both types of floor were cleaned well, have many karcher machines and find the build and working quality to be better than most others. Received a phone call from a man at tooled-up, to be told "you have bought the basic model, you need to buy the sc4 plus or deluxe which ever it was, made to feel cheap only complaint i have regarding tooled-up.
