A : Hi Rupert, unfortunately I'm not familiar with the Karcher HD 400 and can't find much information on it. You would need to find out whether it has the newer Easy!Lock connectors or the older accessory connection, which I think Karcher stopped using around 5 years ago (and many HD models can be fitted with either, depending on when they were manufactured). I had a look through all our HD nozzles and can't find any that are specifically recommended for the HD 400 so you may have to try Karcher themselves to see if they are able to recommend a suitable nozzle, and it could be that it is only available as a spare part if there are no current retail products that will fit it.
Q : Will this fit the Karcher HDS 7/10-4 M
A : Yes it will, but only if it is new enough to have the Easy!Lock connectors (older models of the HDS 7/10-4 M will have the previous type of connector and you won't be able to fit this nozzle without an adaptor)
