Makita DEAWST06 Universal Mitre Saw Stand

Compatible with a range of Makita mitre saws, the DEAWST06 Mitre Saw Stand combines a lightweight, portable design with sturdy support when making cross, bevel & mitre cuts into timber, boards & slats. Manufactured from robust aluminium, the DEAWST06 is 40% lighter than the WST05, keeping it easy to carry to & from location using the convenient carry handle. Alternatively the mitre saw can be left attached; twin castors then allow the stand to be rolled when folded, turning it into a practical means of transporting the saw. During use, adjustable supports on both sides of the stand can be extended to a total length of 2.55m, for stable mounting of particularly large workpieces. A roller on one of the supports enables accurate repeat cuts to be made, while the DEAWST06's adjustable rubber capped feet reduce vibration & ensure optimal stability during use. A simple, easy to fold design reduces the time spent setting up & stowing away the stand.
