This comprehensive kit configuration includes the Makita DRT50 with three interchangeable bases, two high-capacity 5.0Ah batteries, charger and Makpac case. The three-base system features trimmer, plunge and tilt bases, covering the majority of routing tasks from edge work to precision plunge cutting and angled applications. The inclusion of two BL1850B 5.0Ah batteries provides maximum runtime between charges – ideal for all-day site work or workshop production. Additional accessories include the Grip 36 handle attachment, guide holder, straight guide and template guides for both trimmer and plunge bases.

Battery Voltage Explained

The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
