Used once and seems to be a study, well built unit. I have used with the 5A Battery which provided excellent power and run time. Cut through large branches of my hedge which others failed to do. From my limited experience of using this product I would recommend.
Build quality is excellent and with a 4 AH battery I got most of a day's work done without having to re-charge it. It was not the battery that needed re-charging it was me. I found it easier to get used to it without the shoulder strap and using only one extension pole to start with as the heavy electric motor and chain drive is at the business end; however for branch lopping I would rather this machine than a petrol powered one.
