This saw is based on a fairly standard design, available in various guises and under a number of names. overall it does the job, but could be improved. The instructions state it only takes pinned blades, but has been working ok with pinless. problem areas include the vacuum hose attachment being badly situated at the front - which i moved to the side.
Only fault with this saw is the blower but its not a problem, easy to set up and brilliant at cutting patterns. As usual tooled up are brillant with their service, ordered one day arrived the next, plus the sale made this saw a total bargin.
Not used it much seems ok
Very good scroll saw, takes seconds to replace the pinless blades. great service from a caring company.
Saw works well and am still having fun with it, value for money? Yep as the last review stated one niggle is the blower just about impossible to direct to where you want it the reliability issue is a bit early to tell, so far so good! Overall am really pleased with the purchase, the delivery was fast and trouble free i would recommend both the sealey variable speed scroll saw and 'tooled-up.Com' very happy with my purchase.
A good workman like tool, will take both pin and pin-less blades. Easy blade swap once you get the hang of it. A good semi-pro saw would certainly recommend
