Item arrived damaged you were unable to replace the damaged part or the item only a refund which meant I had to stay in all day for the courier to collect. Then I was told by a member of your staff you don’t honour the warranty after thirty days and that I needed to contact the manufacturer not the supplier. Bad service you only deserve ??
