The Stanley FatMax Thru Tang Bevel Edge Chisels represent professional-grade hand tools engineered for superior performance and durability. These chisels feature an innovative thru tang construction with a friction welded bolster, delivering exceptional strength that's 50% greater than previous models on side impact tests.
Each chisel incorporates a shatterproof polymer handle with an ergonomic soft grip design, providing maximum control and comfort during extended use. The steel striking cap allows for use with steel hammers for increased cutting force, whilst the body resists most solvents for long-lasting performance. The ISO Standard blade is manufactured from high quality ball bearing grade steel EN31, fully ground and finished to deliver ultimate sharpness and superior edge retention.
Available in sizes from 6mm to 50mm, these chisels cater to a comprehensive range of woodworking and carpentry applications. Each chisel comes complete with a full length blade guard for added safety during storage and transportation.
