Q : Could you tell me Plz why My blade isn't cutting and I have it on the lowest setting
A : Hi Geraldine, it's hard to guess exactly what is causing your issue but this is a discontinued machine which we no longer stock so I'm guessing it's not brand new? If it's had a few seasons of grass cutting already it could be that the blade needs resharpening or replacing, or if a drive belt has worn out or slipped you will hear the motor spinning when you fire it up but the blade itself won't be rotating as it is no longer connected to it. Be very careful around the blades though and make sure you have unplugged the machine before inspecting them.

This product carries a full 2 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables.
