Have had this for a few months now and I can says its a great little hoover. Lightweight and easy to use. The head swivel is great for moving around items of furniture. Very easy to clean, unlike our old one which you almost had to take apart to clean. Hangs up on the hook easy and the charger just plugs into the top of the hoover. Tooled Up gave great quick easy service thank you.

My first cordless vacuum cleaner: Love the glide and swivel head The power increases by its self when swapping between hard floors to carpet. The little light really helps in dark areas. Easy to clean. A little disappointed when using as a hand held duster as the pick up nozzle isn’t wide enough. Overall it’s a good purchase.

This product carries a full 2 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
