I love this machine, I used the hand mitt to clean the kitchen tops and handles, took less time than normal, then used the floor mop which brought my floor up cleaner then my mop & bucket, but took a little longer to dry. The machine heats up quickly and you can hear the change in steam when it is ready to use. I used the floor mop to clean the wall tiles in the downstairs toilet, a bit fiddly but brilliant. Going to keep one set of mops for the kitchen and one for the bathrooms. Not used the brushes yet but I am sure that they will brilliant also.

This product carries a full 2 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
