Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.

Seems quite robust and came with chain pre fitted which was good. Checking the chain tension prior to use is essential. Also need to oil the chain each time you use it. No oil is supplied so you'll need to buy some before use. The pole has really good reach and I didn't find the saw too heavy even when fully extended. Have used the saw to trim branches off trees in the garden - handles 3 inch branches well. With larger branches I found it best to let the saw gradually cut through without forcing it. Overall for the money it is a good buy for lightweight domestic use
This arrived promptly, in good order. It has not yet been fully used, and is somewhat heavier than expected, but it fits the battery and charger that we already had for a hand-chainsaw, so we are happy!

Good product and delivered on time.
I needed this item to be delivered quickly and wasn't disappointed as it arrived the very next day so I was able to cut down the branches which were blocking my favourite sun lounger spot as the hot weather was just about to start. Easy to use pole chainsaw and good value as well.
The unit is an easy to use, flexible , branch trimmer. Then chain cutter is on one pole element, the control handle where the battery connects on another, together they give approx 2m reach. There is a 3rd pole which you can insert between the other two to extend reach further to 3m. The box listed 4 5m reach is based on the 3m unit being held by a person of average height. Really easy to use, clip in the battery, line up the chain cutter with the branch and then disengage safety and pull trigger. Let the chain do the work as it cuts through branch. Packs away to small size when not in use. Really happy with it
