good tool good price fast delivery
I was pleased to find this as it is from a reputable company but at a rock bottom price. It will appeal if you like good old fashioned simplicity and reliability. I guess it isn't as accurate as a ratchet type torque wrench, but I'm happy with it for occasional DIY use. Plus, it starts from zero, so you only need one wrench to cover most of your needs.
