Product was fine, as described etc. Delivery was poor. Took over a week to arrive despite being given 4 actual delivery days and times. It wasn't the weather either as our roads were negotiated by our Lorry and trailer.
This replaced a similar one on which the float failed after about 5 years. service from tooled up was first class
I have been using these pumps for many years and find them very reliable. The float switch is the part that fails first and needs improving but i still find them very good. The first one i received recently had a faulty float switch that would't turn the pump off but tooled-up arranged collection and sent me a replacement which is working fine.
