I have had mine only a year so far and i have already had to replace the tool rest as the one that came with it shattered after a small catch. (the company draper suggested for the replacement was cheap - £6 for a smaller one than on the original bango and £8 for a larger one)but draper wouldn't replace it free. Now the turning knob on the tailstock has fallen off as i twisted it to drill a hole (using a jacobs chuck) in a piece of reclaimed beech. if i have to replace it i may be buying a different lathe. i'll see what draper say this time.
