This seems like it will be useful. Though I have only used it a few times, I am, so far, impressed. I had previously bought a battery hedge trimmer and was disappointed because it just was not powerful enough. This mains one is, and can cut through decent sized thicknesses without stopping or jamming. Some reviewers say it is heavy, but I think it better balanced than other models that have the motor in the top end rather than low down as this is. Yes it is unweildy compared to one that isn`t on a pole; but that just goes with the territory. One small complaint: it would be better with a more flexible orange cable rather than the black one.
