I bought this edger a year ago and was absolutely delighted with it. Unfortunately about a week out of warranty the battery would charge . I’m told by Tooled-up that Flymo don’t sell replacement ones so I’m now left with a useless piece of rubbish!

Q : I bought this item from you in August last year and despite light use the battery has died ……. needless to say I’m very disappointed by this but I’m wondering if it is possible to get a replacement battery?
A : Hi Carol, unfortunately Flymo don't appear to have made these 20v batteries available as a standard retail line, and therefore it's not something we're able to supply. However you'll hopefully be able to order one as a spare / replacement part - if you contact Flymo (you can phone them on 08448444558 or email them via contact details on their website) they should be able to advise further.

This product carries a full 1 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables.
