Set up needs careful attention to the instructions but after that this is amazing. Works so well. Grass looks great all the time. Hardly any edges to strim. ( once per month so far) Love it. I sit in garden with a gin after work while this cuts the grass. Definately recommend this.

Q : I read somewhere that the difference between this and the Easilife 500 is only how much wire is supplied with it. I have a small lawn less than 100sqm. Would I be able to extend the area this robot mower covers in future should I buy a house with a bigger lawn simply by installing wire to cover 500sq m ?
A : Hi Adele, although the Flymo Easilife mowers look identical on the outside they are each designed to operate over a maximum area, so the 200 can be used in areas of up to 200 square metres, the 350 in 350 square metres, and so forth. Adding more boundrary wire would be a cheaper way of improving the capacity of the mower but unfortunately it may not be able to operate that far away from the dock if it is not designed to.
Q : Our newly installed Easylife200 fails to return to the base unit for charging and just comes to a standstill in the garden. The garden is on a slight slope , with the charging station at the top. The charging unit flashes green to start with, then changes to flashing orange.
A : Hi Margaret, these mowers can climb slopes of up to 35% so if it is steeper than that, the mower may not be able to make it back to the charger. Details of how to calculate the slope are provided in the instruction manual which is available for download on our site if you don't have it to hand
Q : How do you connect flymo easy life 200 to alexa?
A : Hi Lesley, this isn't mentioned in the manual so as far as I'm aware the EasiLife 200 software isn't designed for integration with Alexa out of the box but this may be possible with future s? You could always try Flymo technical support who may be able to assist. If you specifically need a robotic mower which can be controlled via Alexa, the new Bosch Indego M+ 700 Connect has this feature. If you're interested it is on our website under product ID 21030870
