Gardena 330 Classic Hand Cylinder Lawnmower

A lightweight simple to use hand cylinder mower - produces a very nice clean cut on a less than perfect lawn. Scatters the clippings (no collection box) but OK with that. Good variation on height adjustment. Narrow width on this model makes it manoeuvrable & easier to get into awkward areas. Easy to assemble, replaced an old Qualcast electric cylinder that died and very pleased with this new product.

Good value. Quite heavy but cuts well with very simple cutting height adjustment. Folding handle makes storage easier than most other models.

This is my first manual lawn mower and it is great. Easy to push, quiet, very sharp and gives a good finish. Didn't bother with the grass catcher. Just cut regularly. Has a good handle which makes it easy to carry.

When it first came out the box it works great, but it soon starts seizing up and after under a year it's stopped working altogether.

This product is “OK”! in our modern idiom of “ Chinese made”! At the time of this review it is not mowing weather! So on assembly I ran it round the lawn just to see that it worked and all seems ok! only time will tell compared to the old “tank” built models of the past! I would say clean of every time with a hand brush and a drop of oil here and there periodically and it should be fine!
