I have had Handy chainsaws for 12 years and the TCPCS18 for 7 years. It does a lot of work and has few problems. Keeping the air filter and fuel filter clean are important. Highly recommended.

Hi, I found it a bit strange at first, trying to get it started for the first time, so different to the Stihl saws I've had. It cuts very well, because it is so sharp I found I had to get the chain going at a good speed before I go to cut, otherwise the teeth just catch the wood and goes no where. I used it today, it started first time, the tick-over speed was good no drop in sound. The only thing it doesn't show in the handbook is where to adjust the chain. I didn't find the handbook very helpful, the print is so small it is impossible to read even with glasses.

Excellent quality saw, handles and cuts beautifully. This is more of a professional chainsaw than a DIY saw. I doubt whether there is better value on the market.

Chainsaw bought recently and very pleased with performance of this chainsaw......very good value for money.......and delivery was very quick........ definitely would recommend this item.......and definitely the Company.
