I recently posted a comment regards purchase of a Hozelock Hose and Hozelock Gun. The comments posted for the Hose, will be exactly the same as for the Trigger Flow Control Spray Hozelock Gun. Quality products used for most of my lifetime. Your Site was also mentioned in so far that your discounted prices for Brand named products are excellent value, and the delivery times were good too. Thank you Tooled-Up. I have commented as requested but as yet have not used the Hose purchased, this will be rectified soon. The Hose and Gun are Hozelock products, and having used Hozelock for more years than I care to remember, know that when I start using the product it will be the quality product I am used to..But you also get a mention as selling quality products at discount prices helps me too, especially with the economic crisis. I have used Hozelock Products for many years.the build quality is excellent..I am about to replace a very old and well used Spray Gun and Hose which are now coming to the end of their lives. Having looked at alternative products, I am returning and purchasing Hozelock's Gun and Hose. Excellent value but more important Excellent Quality. Melvyn J.

This product carries a full 2 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
After the first year any warranty claims should be resolved with the manufacturer directly. To claim the full warranty a registration form may need to be completed - please check the paperwork enclosed with this product when purchased.
