The Makita DC18RC is a newly developed compact fast charger designed for the 18V LXT battery system, offering equivalent functionality to the current DC18RA model in a more space-efficient design. This intelligent charging solution is compatible with Makita lithium-ion batteries ranging from 7.2V to 18V, making it a versatile addition to any professional toolkit. Available in standard 240V and 110V configurations to suit different site requirements.
The charger features an innovative computer-controlled charging system that communicates digitally with each battery to provide optimum charge levels, whilst an integrated cooling fan keeps battery temperatures low to minimise charging times. This advanced technology ensures fast, efficient charging across the entire Makita battery range, from compact 1.3Ah batteries in just 15 minutes to high-capacity 5Ah batteries in 45 minutes.
