This review is completely about the product and not detrimental to the seller in any way, the service I received on the phone and in store could not be better, however the product was very sub standard for a known brand such as Makita, this auger has screwed on blades which lasted less than 4 hours in soil on a golf range, as this was the second auger purchased in 48 hours I decided to order another brand which had welded blades, this auger lasted for over ten days and now the job has been completed it still looks brand new.
