This is the bare unit version of the Makita RS002G 40v Max XGT Brushless Circular Saw 260mm, supplied without batteries or charger. This configuration is ideal for professionals who already own Makita XGT batteries and want to expand their cordless tool collection without duplicating power sources, offering excellent value whilst maintaining the full performance capabilities of the complete system.
The saw delivers professional cutting performance with its brushless motor and Automatic Torque Drive Technology, intelligently adjusting speed to match the workload. The Auto-Start Wireless System connects seamlessly to compatible Bluetooth-enabled dust extractors for automatic dust collection activation.
With 95mm cutting depth at 0° and 56° maximum bevel capacity, this rear handle saw provides the versatility and power needed for demanding site work. The magnesium base ensures durability whilst keeping weight manageable, and the retractable joist hook adds practical convenience between cuts.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
