The product itself is very good and does exactly what we need. However; the service from Tooled Up has deteriorated since Rosie was promoted. I received confirmations of order placed after the items had been delivered. It took a lot longer to get the boxes delivered, the items are ordered, paid on a pro forma and then the long wait started I had to chase a number of times to find out how long the order would take and ask for specific delivery details which eventually arrived. If I were marking the service out of 5 stars it would be a very underwhelming 1 star what's happened to your "service" department ?

The ease of ordering and delivery of the product(s) is very good. The product is not built for life but is very good value for money. We are happy to renew every two to three years.

This product carries a full 1 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
