First bag ordered had a faulty zip. This was replaced by Tooled-Up with another bag with a faulty zip. Asked to return both bags, but I had one repaired as it was needed urgently. There is clearly an inherent problem with this item. Suggested that the bags were inspected before dispatch.
Great customer service - initial product was faulty (no fault of tooled-up as in a sealed box) but they replaced it next working day no quibble- very efficient.
What idiot decided to put a zip on the bottom of a collection bag that just gets full of dust and dirt? Unfortunately when you have spent a fortune on batteries you have no choice but to replace the bag. No issues with tooled-up who supplied the bag in a decent time with no fuss
