Took a while for my husband to fit it together as the instructions were not very good. He has now used it and has had a great result on long and very wet grass. It is a bit heavy and he says I probably won’t be able to use it. Still haven’t found the easy start tool ??

Q : I have assembled and started the cutter, no problem, but the cutting head does not rotate. Is it centrifugally controlled? I.E. do I have to rev up the engine to get it to rotate?
A : If the cutting head is not spinning when the tool starts up this often indicates a problem with the drive shaft, but the manual for the RBC254SESO has a troubleshooting section which may be useful for identifying the problem. This is available for download at the bottom of our product page if you don't have it to hand.
