A : Hi Mark, yes it's still in production and we expect to be able to resume shipping again once the next batch of stock lands. I've checked availability with Webb and they're currently advising that they should come in around 9/9/2021, though please note this is an ETA only at this stage.
Q : hi, is a shoulder harness supplied with this item
A : Hi Mark, unfortunately we don't have any available in stock to verify, and Webb don't mention one in their product description, but I can see one is shown in some of their images and videos and having consulted the user manual they do refer to one being included in the box.
Q : Looking for just the charger can't seem to find one. Webb havnt replied with any ideas
A : I'm afraid this is not a part we're able to supply as Webb don't appear to have made it available as a standard retail product (although the batteries are available separately)

This product carries a full 2 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
