Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.

I waited 12 months before B and D made this mower available. I wanted it because it uses the same battery as a strimmer I already had. Excellent product from a superb supplier.

This is a good wee cordless mower. My only issue is that the height setting for the mower blades is awkward to adjust and because its plastic I am expecting the handle to break in the future.

Q : Can I use the 36v battery to power my 18v cordless drill. ?
A : Hi Edward, no I'm afraid the Black & Decker 18v and 36v batteries aren't interchangeable and will only work with tools of the same voltage
