Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.

I was a bit disappointed in this Black and Decker product when compared to the cordless hedge cutter and strimmer I have from the same 36v stable. The instructions and information about the mower were very poor and lacked detail. There is nothing about the mulching tool. The cut height adjustment was difficult to change and although the grass I was cutting was not particularly long the mower struggled in anything other than the highest setting when I eventually found it. The grass collection was poor compared to other mowers I have owned. The folding grass collection bag is a good idea for storage but the grass does not get to the back of the collecting bag and blocks the delivery outlet so the flap saying the bag was full kept closing although there was space in it. I have a relatively small lawn and the grass was dry. A rigid grass collection box would be a better option. The mower seemed under powered even with a 36v battery and battery life did not seem very long. I think there maybe better alternatives on the market.
