Powerful. It does the job very well. I have found that it uses a lot of line; much more than my old, less powerful, one. So, it's as well to search out good offers for replacement line to wind onto spare machine reels. In a 2 hour session (which is probably more than the average) i got through 3 "plus a bit" reels full. Having a pocket full of made up reels (enough for the task in hand) is recommended as it's a nuisance breaking off part way through a job. Goggles definitely needed as grit and suchlike shoot through the air at speed because of the power of the tool. It isn't possible to blink fast enough.

Good quality, as I am quite tall great that it adjusts in height. Strong cord does the job.

This replaced my old, lower powered, b and d which burnt out after long use. I trim the headstones around my local churchyard and this higher powered model cut through the april fresh green grass like a knife through unrefrigerated butter. Compared to many battery or fuel operated trimmers this model is relatively lightweight and so i prefer to use an extension cable. I am very pleased thus far. There is just one niggle: compared to my old machine the manufacturer seems to have saved a few pence on the length of the cable; like many other manufacturers of items that require a fair length of cable. The length supplied on my machine is approx 6 metres. Since i use a very long extension cable in the churchyard anyway this is not so much of a problem for me but it's not so helpful in the domestic setting. I recommend a plug-in safety rcd adaptor (suitable for 2 or 3 core cables) and always wear safety goggles/spectacles. Both of these can be obtained from tooled-up.Com if you haven't already got them.

This is the next generation strimmer of the one i had preaveusly, the old strimmer was a good tool and this looks like it is as well the service your company gave me was quick and easy. i will do business with your company again

I have only put the trimmer together and tried it out on a little patch of grass. Seems to do everything it says on the packaging.
