A very well designed machine, easy to operate and effective although I needed to use it on the lowest setting to get the moss out.

I was hoping this was going to be a real time saving machine and it was. Using a rake or getting down on one's knees to get at the moss and thatch to be removed is pain staking work. This machine does it all for you and collects it in the bin in quick time as well. It was set up on the highest setting for its debut performance but for its next outing will go down one notch to see how much more thatch and moss it will rake up. A most satisfying experience and relief one's back. Highly recommended piece of equipment.

Have only used this twice but for quite a long period on a very bad moss filled lawn. Extracted 7 very large garden bags of debris. Started on the second highest setting then used the second lowest setting. Has done exactly what i bought it for. Excellent price and service from tooled-up - arrived the day after ordering as expected.

I have a large moss ridden garden, and wish i had bought this lawn raker years ago. the main feature for me is the gathering box, i used to spend a huge amount of time gathering up after using my old scarifier - which is a toy by comparison. highly recommended.
