For small to medium sized lawns this machine is ideal it is easy to put the handles and the collection box together. performance wise it does not disappoint. This was the first time i had scarified my lawn which was laid seven years ago. For the first time i did not put it on its lowest setting but it still managed to clear seven full bags of moss and thatch from the lawn i had previously treated the lawn with moss killer. The lawn looks tidier and the grass is beginning to grow back. A good buy!

Was very happy with this lawn raker. easy to put together and light and very easy to manoeuvre. particularly impressed in the way the scarifications stayed in the box and no "leavings" on the lawn. could have done with a longer cable though.

The alr900 was bought to replace a previous bosch lawnraker i had for over 20yrs so it has a lot to live up to. So far so good, it has a powerful motor and the hieght adjustment option is a useful addition although its lowest setting acts like a rotivator so be careful. The folding handle is also a nice feature although it is still quite a bulky machine, similar in size to a lawnmower. The grass box is also a good size. Overall even though i have only recently bought it i have used it several times and i am very happy with it, hope it lasts as long as the last one !

Only used it once so far but it proved how much my lawns needed raking! Quiet, efficient with good adjustment. Very good service from tooled-up
