The Bosch GDS 12V-EC is a compact cordless brushless impact wrench with a 3/8" square drive, designed for professional use in confined spaces and overhead applications.

Powered by a brushless motor, this 12V impact wrench delivers 115 Nm of torque and an impact rate of up to 3,100 bpm, making it well suited to a broad range of fastening tasks involving screws and bolts from M4 to M12. The brushless motor improves efficiency and longevity compared to conventional brushed alternatives.

For greater accuracy, the 2-stage Power Control gives the user a choice between two speed and impact settings — a lower range of up to 1,200 rpm and 2,700 bpm, and a higher range reaching 2,600 rpm and 3,100 bpm. This helps prevent overtightening on smaller fixings, which is particularly useful for precision work in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC applications.

At just 137 mm in length and weighing 0.9 kg, the GDS 12V-EC is the most compact tool in Bosch's 12V impact wrench range.
